Emergency Phone Support
In an emergency, call 4357 from any district phone for immediate IT support. This will connect you with the first available technician, who may not be your building’s assigned tech staff member. Our technicians will provide phone support whenever possible or route your issue to your building technician when needed. The help line is monitored during business hours to ensure you get the support you need quickly. For non-emergency needs, please submit a work order through IncidentIQ.
