Resetting your voice mail pin is done from within the Outlook app. Select File, then Manage Voice Mail.
This will take you to a new page where you will select Reset Pin from the Voice Mail menu.
You will receive a temporary pin via email. This pin can be used to change your current one the next time you call Outlook Voice Access.
