Our first week of TCAP testing was great. We have tested 94.3 percent of all the students, and the remaining 5 percent are only missing one or two parts of the ELA test. This week, we test Math on Tuesday and Wednesday, then Social Studies on Thursday, and end the week with Science Testing on Friday. We will continue to make up tests in the afternoon and into the following week.

We start TCAP testing this week. We are doing all of the English testing this week, with the other three subjects NEXT week. What we want to say to your students: You Got This!

We in are our final regular week before we start TCAP testing. Our teachers will be pushing to teach remaining standards and review hard with your students. TCAPs are one of the ways in which we measure your student's progress. It is important, but YOUR STUDENT IS MORE THAN A TCAP score.
