Class Officer and Student Council elections will be held on Friday April 26th on Skyward. Grade levels vote for their representatives, and all students freshmen through junior year vote for the Student Council representatives. The polls are open 8am-2pm on 4/26, and the winners will be announced at the end of the school day. A. Wagner

Tickets for Diamond of the Season, Prom 2024, will be on sale Monday April 22nd through Thursday April 25th and in the Arena Kiosk during 3rd period. Tickets WILL NOT BE SOLD Friday April 26th or at the door. The line is normally the shortest during the middle of 3rd and will close 5 minutes before the end of the period. S. Dyer
SENIOR INFO

Student Council is offering a $500 scholarship to a deserving Oak Ridge High School Senior graduating in 2024. Applications can be found on the Wildcat Canvas Hangout page, and they are due on May 8th. The winner will be presented at the Powderpuff Games on May 10th. A. Wagner
The ORHS English Department is offering a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior who plans to attend a two- or four-year college or university. This year essays will be composed and submitted in person on Monday, April 29, after school from 3:15-4:15 in CS 319. To register, see Mr. Feuer in CS 319 for an application form. All responses will be anonymously reviewed, and a winner chosen by a committee of teachers across multiple subjects. M. Feuer
Seniors, if you’re interested in taking the ACT Career Readiness Assessments in Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents you must register by April 26th. The form to register and more information about the assessments can be found in your ORTN email. The assessments are free and will happen in the Amphitheatre on Friday, May 3rd at 8am.
All Seniors are invited to come join us on May 1st in the Food Court at 2:15 for The Senior Tea hosted by the English Dept. and ORHS PTSO. Enjoy tea, light refreshments, and socializing. Dress as your favorite literary character or author to win door prizes! J. Zimprich
