Small Talk is a club that is sponsored by Dr. Colquitt and addresses real issues that you will face after high school. Last year, we had ORHS graduates come in and talk to us about college life, living on a college campus, choosing a major, and how to manage your time. We also took field trips to visit the campuses of Roane State, Pellissippi State, UT-Knoxville, and East Tennessee State University. We made our own resume and discussed ways to prepare for the ACT. If you are interested in participating in the Small Talk club, please stop by Dr. Colquitt’s classroom, CS 235, to let her know which day of the week would work best with your schedule. Our first official meeting will be scheduled based on the responses.  (8/7, 8/10) – R. Colquitt

The first meeting of Youth for Christ will be on Wednesday, August 9th at 7:15am in LC330. Youth for Christ is a national organization begun by the Reverend Billy Graham back in 1944.
