RMS Teacher Receives Civil Rights/Liberties Excellence in Teaching Award

John Spratling, a veteran teacher at Robertsville Middle School in Oak Ridge, received the Civil Rights/Liberties: Excellence in Teaching award during the Tennessee Council for the Social Studies virtual conference on Saturday, February 27th. The award is sponsored by Social Studies School Service. He will receive a plaque and a check for $250.

RMS TSA Excels in Regional Competition

Lady Rams Win State Championship

Congratulations to the Robertsville Lady Rams Girls Basketball team for winning the 2020-2021 TMSAA State Championship. 7th Grader Wins RMS Spelling Bee

Solomon Karisa, a 7th grader, recently won the 2021 Robertsville Middle School Spelling Bee. He correctly spelled the word
convulsive to win the competition. The runner-up was 5th grader Quentin Delmau. Solomon will represent RMS in the Knoxville News-Sentinel Regional Spelling Bee in March.
