Oak Ridge High School Daily Bulletin

STUDENT INFO

AP Registration is now open.  Students must access the Google Form on the school website to register.  A $15 dollar deposit per test is due by Friday, March 1st.  Payments will be collected in the main office Wednesday through Friday before school, after school, and at lunch.  (2/25-2/27) – A. The sky is falling! The fourth term is ending! Finish strong with free NHS tutoring from Andrew Ledden and Abigail Gerlock from 3:15 to 3:50 in the Counseling Center on Thursday. (2/27-2/28) – K. Senter

 

Any student who has registered for The Business Academy Co-op and/or Virtual Enterprise class for 2019-2020 must attend a mandatory meeting in order to participate in either or both programs. Students should choose either the Tuesday, March 5, or Thursday, March 7, meeting to attend. The meeting will begin at 3:15 and will last until 4:00 p.m. and will be held in CS347. The FBLA Club has tallied the donations from the March of Dimes Fundraiser and here are the results:  Coming in 3rd donating $36.56 is Ms. Bauman’s Homeroom.  2nd place donating $44.34 is Mr. Feuer’s Homeroom.  And our 1st place winning homeroom donating $62.46 is Dr. Pickel’s Homeroom.  Thank you to all homerooms that participated.(2/27) – C. House Method is opening the second annual House Method scholarship, which awards $1,000 toward the education of a student committed to bettering our lives in our homes. The UNCF STEM Scholarship application is open. This scholarship awards $25,000 to 100 high school seniors that intend to pursue a STEM-focused degree in college.
