Hey Wildcats! Fall’s fabulous Fall Ball is fast-approaching –Saturday, November 22! STUCO representatives will be selling tickets for 25 fiscal dollars at the top of the cafeteria during 3A and 3B lunch. Find your fall fit and feel the festive fun at the Fall Ball. CLUB INFO

Bigfoot is often confused with a sasquatch…. Yeti never complains. *laugh and slap the table* Well to clear up that misconception come to Cryptid Club with us as we explore and discuss creatures of myth and folklore after school Monday in Mr. Shaffer’s room LC317 till 4

 

Interested in teamwork, competition, or stem? Then we have a deal for you! Our FIRST Robotics Competition team, 4265, The Secret City Wildbots is looking for new members. There are opportunities for those interested in any kind of engineering. Learn and apply skills in coding, design, mechanical fabrication, machining, business, animation, photography, videography and more. We currently meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 9pm in the automotive, aviation, and iSchool building. Come help us gear up for build season starting in January! New members will not be considered after Tuesday, November 25; so make sure to stop by or email Dr. Buckner at mabuckner@ortn.edu if you have any further questions, all grades and experience levels are welcome. Come check out the biggest learning opportunity and hardest fun you’ve ever had!

 

 

SENIORS

 

Seniors: place your order for the cap, gown, and tassel set. Instructions for ordering are in the announcements in Canvas. The final date to place an on-time order is Monday, December 1. After this date, shipping will increase $20. If you have difficulty ordering the cap and gown set for any reason, the time to see Mrs. Ledden is before Thanksgiving break.

 

Seniors, your mandatory TN Promise meeting is scheduled in the ORHS auditorium at 2pm on 11/20/25.  If you are not able to attend, please check student square or the class of 2026 canvas page for detailed instructions.

 

ATHLETICS.

 

Boys Soccer tryouts will be held on 11/6, 11/10 and 11/13 on the soccer field.  All interested participants must have a sports physical on file to participate.  For more information contact Coach Gorman or Coach Burr.
