Halloween Movie Night Track Fundraiser is THIS Friday at Ben Martin Track from 4-8pm. Come when you want! See The Nightmare Before Christmas @4, costume contest @5:30, Hocus Pocus @6. Keep your ticket and go to the city event @6, move back and forth…make it your night! Cost is 5$.  Light concessions, Kona Ice, Face painting, Costume Contest High School winner gets 25$ Amazon Gift Card.  T. Sauer

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 28th! Masquers Improv is hosting a Halloween-themed Improv Performance! Masquers will be accepting donations for admission. There will be a dinner available before the show for $5 and Kona Ice will be there after the show for you to purchase dessert. Come eat and laugh with us for an amazing spooky show!! – T. Lloyd

AP EXAMS – It is that time of year again!  If you are currently enrolled in an AP course, we will be taking payments for AP exams during lunch in the lobby from October 30th-November 3rd.

This order window is only for students who currently have an AP class.  If you have an AP course that begins in January, you will pay for and order those exams during the Spring Semester.

  • This year AP exams are $98/exam. AP Seminar and Research exams are $145/exam.
  • If you are taking more than three exams, your fourth and subsequent exams will be $40/exam.
  • If you qualify for free or reduced lunch your exams are $15/exam.
  • Please make checks payable to Oak Ridge High School and put your name on the memo line of the check.If you have questions please contact Ms. Milligan at jmmilligan2@ortn.edu

Interested in learning to play chess? Already know how to play chess? Stop by Mr. Sartorius’s room (LC 225) on Thursdays from 3:15-4:15 and be a part of the chess club. Eat snacks, socialize, and play some chess. All skill levels welcome. All students are welcome.  C. Sartorius
