STUDENT INFO

FAFSA Updated Info  –  Two important deadlines are approaching for seniors who applied for the TN Promise.  First, file your FAFSA by the new deadline March 1st at 11:59 PM.  Second, watch the mandatory webinar in your TN Achieves account by March 1st.  Failure to complete either of these tasks will result in losing the TN Promise scholarship.  See Mrs. Thompson if you have questions or problems. (W,F – 3/1) – S. Thompson

Wear your best purple outfit to the basketball games 2/1 in honor of teen domestic violence awareness month. Love shouldn’t hurt! (Tu) – A. King

Roses are red. Violets are blue. Buy a carnation or maybe buy two.  The Senior Steering Club will be selling carnations beginning Monday, January 31st.  Carnations are $2 each or you can purchase 3 for $5.  Find a representative in the cafeteria during lunch. (M) – C. Stalliard

Monday Jan 31st –   This week starts the RETHINK YOUR DRINK CHALLENGE.  We are challenging all Wildcats to rethink their drink this week and choose water instead of sugary drinks like soda, sports/energy drinks, coffee or sweat tea.   The rest of this week we will be in competition with Robertsville and Jefferson for a chance to win and additional water bottle filling station for your school. All you have to do is fill your water bottle up at the water bottle filling stations. The school that drinks the most water from the filling stations wins!    Come on Wildcats let’s win this! (M) – S. Minarik
