Do you need reliable high speed internet at your house???  Sprint has provided 300 hot spot devices for students free of charge.  If you are in need of internet because your internet is unreliable or you don’t have it, please come to the Main Office to pick up the letter and signup! (8/15-8/24 MWF) – S. Thompson

Think you can beat Etheridge or Sauer at Fantasy Football?  How about Fowler, Schoolcraft, or Byrd?  Are you going to let these teachers show you up, or will you win bragging rights for the rest of the year?  Friday is the last day to sign up for the school fantasy football league outside of Mrs. Byrd’s room (CS328).  Come one, come all! (8/20-8/21) – R. Byrd

Attention CLASS OF 2020: Do you want to leave your mark on ORHS?  Do you want to leave Wildcat nation better than we found it in 2016?  Mrs. Thompson is forming a Principal’s Advisory Team of students from the class of 2020 to meet with her once a month to problem solve challenges facing our school.  If you would like to be a part of this team and have lunch together once a month having honest dialogue, please fill out a the form in your Skyward account or the Google form in your email. (8/20-8/24) – S. Thompson

Want to learn how to create and edit your own digital music?  Come by the library and ask how! (8/20, 8/24, 8/27) – C. Milloway

The dynamic duo, Bill Andress and Piper Halcrow, will repeat their performance from last week! Come receive free NHS tutoring from them in the Counseling Center from 3:15 to 3:50 on Tuesday. (8/20-8/21) – K. Senter

Super exciting news!  Your library now has two black and white printers and two color printers.  Two important things to remember:  to print in color, you MUST choose SECURE_PRINT_COLOR.  Also, once you scan your badge at a reader, the print job is gone, even if it doesn’t print.  So if you scan your badge at a printer that isn’t printing for some reason, like if it is out of paper, you’ll need to print it again before scanning your badge at a printer that is working.  (8/20, 8/22, 8/24) – C. Milloway
