Oak Ridge High School Daily Bulletin

STUDENT INFO

Dance Cats tryouts will be held on Friday April 7th. There will be a mandatory clinic for those interested in tryouts, on Wednesday April 5th and Thursday April 6th. Oak Ridge Schools Coordinated School Health and the City of Oak Ridge will be hosting the Annual Health & Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 5th from 12pm to 5pm at the Civic Center.  We are looking for some student volunteers to help with registration, vendor and guest communication and other duties throughout the day.  Any student volunteer, attending after the school day, will receive volunteer hours for helping with this event.  If you are interested, please contact ORS Coordinator of School Health Jenifer Laurendine at jllaurendine@ortn.edu.  If you are unable to volunteer, please be sure to stop by the event and take advantage of the health, wellness and safety information!  (4/3-4/4) – J. Mrs. Bauman’s AP Reviews have begun on Tuesday and Thursday during lunch and after school.  Join your econ buddies to study for the 5 in the Sky, Your name above all other students, and T – Shirt to prove it. The Oak Ridge Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, INC. is offering Scholarships to eligible, African American females that have been accepted to one or more accredited colleges/universities. Seniors interested in showing their work in the Senior Art show must attend a mandatory meeting in VA102 immediately after school Thursday. We will decide on title, discuss dates and possibilities of themes. Any conflicts must be discussed with Ms. Wakefield. (4/4-4/5) – A. Wakefield
