Red Ribbon Week

Recently, Oak Ridge City Council passed a Proclamation designating October 23-31st as Red Ribbon Week in the Oak Ridge Community.  To show our support, Glenwood will be participating in a GLENWOOD RED RIBBON SPIRIT WEEK, October 23-27th.   The daily themes are listed below:

It’s a STEM kinda summer here at Glenwood!

STEM cam was a fantastic success!!! Students that participated in the summer STEM camp are worked on all kinds of fantastic experiments and really thinking like scientists, engineers, and mathematicians!

STEM Gingerbread Challenge

On December 13, 2016 all Glenwood students participated in a STEM Gingerbread House Challenge.  The architectural works of art were on display in the library during Glenwood’s Santa Night.  The gingerbread house event blossomed into a service project to help support Sevierville schools that were damaged in the recent wildfires.  Glenwood raised over $400 in donations […]
