21ST CCLC GRANT

EXTENDED SCHOOL HOUR PROGRAM

PARENT/STUDENT HANDBOOK

2022-2023

GLENWOOD AND WILLOW BROOK

The goal of the 21st CCLC Grant extended school hour programs is to provide students with academic and enrichment opportunities and support in order to improve educational progress.

Our philosophy is to join the standards and expectations of the regular day school program with our after school strategies in order to enhance learning and progress. We believe our smaller groups and enrichment activities will help students grow socially as well as academically.

Our mission is for all of our students to experience success in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our vision is for our students to become happy, healthy, contributing members of their communities and the world.

Programming

To begin the 2022-2023 school year, most of our programming will be through direct instruction before and after the regular school day. We will also offer some virtual and contractual programming for our students. The site directors will contact you for scheduling.

*Parent input concerning the program is important. Please contact our staff with any questions or concerns you may have.
