Open enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year begins on April 1 and ends on April 19. You will need to complete the appropriate application and return it to Pupil Services or to your child’s school. If your child currently has a tuition or cross boundary application that was approved for the current school year, the school principal will review your child’s status to see if he/she is in good standing (no problems with attendance, discipline or academics). If the student is in good standing, the current application will be renewed automatically. No need to complete a new form for 2019-2020 school year. If your child is not in good standing, you will be notified and your child will need to be enrolled in his/her zone school.

Parents will be notified of the status of new applications by late May. New tuition rates are voted on by the School Board on the first Monday in August. Once the rates are approved, the tuition rate contract will be mailed to you for you to sign and return to Pupil Services. If you have any questions, please call Pupil Services at 865-425-9026.
