Mr. D.T. Hobby
Principal

I believe it is our job as educators to prepare students to be successful academically and to foster positive, responsible, and independent citizens. This gives us a strong foundation on which to build a kind and productive school community. It is essential that we provide students with rigorous learning opportunities to prepare them for careers that may not yet exist. To achieve this goal, it is imperative that we give our students opportunities to be creative, work collaboratively, learn to communicate effectively, and to build critical thinking skills. I also believe that building life skills is of utmost importance to whole student success. My vision is to ensure all students are supported, challenged, and engaged. I want every child to feel safe, welcomed, valued, and loved while they are at Woodland.
