STUDENT INFO

If you purchased a Student Athletic Pass and were given a TEMPORARY pass, your permanent pass is now ready to be picked up in the Main Office.  You MUST bring your Temporary pass to exchange for your permanent pass.  If you haven’t purchase a Student Athletic Pass yet, it’s not too late.  You can purchase during lunch in the Main Office area.  Passes are $60 and will give you access to every regular season home athletic event.

Calling all students! Do you want to help plan prom? 🎉 Applications for the prom board are now open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors! Come by Mrs. Royster’s room anytime to pick up an application. Let’s start planning next year’s unforgettable prom together!

College Rep Visits this week!

Immediately after school we will have the following reps in the Counseling Office – stop by to say hello! Tuesday, Sept 8^th – University of Richmond. Thursday, Sept 10^th – University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

All week, during 3A and 3B, the Library Advisory Board is taking over the library to drop personalized, top-tier book recommendations based on your exact vibe. Whether you need a love story, a new manga, a bleak biography, or just something to read during SSR, they’ve got you covered. Stop by during 3A or 3B, grab a recommendation, and find your next favorite read!

The Fall AP payment window will open on Tuesday, September 15^th and close on Friday, October 30^th at 11:59pm for all students currently enrolled in a fall or yearlong AP course.  If you begin your AP course in January, you will pay in the spring.  This year all AP exams are $102. The link to pay and register will be sent to all AP students via Parent/Student Square on September 15^th.

Juniors and seniors are invited to walk over to Grace Baptist Church for lunch every Tuesday!  For just $5, you’ll get a meal and drink from a rotating lineup of local favorites like Chick-fil-A, Buddy’s Bar-B-Q, Panda Express, Salsarita’s, and more. Grab some friends and join us every Tuesday for Lunch at Grace!

CLUB INFO

HOSA- Our membership drive runs through Friday, September 18th. Be sure to turn in your club permission form & dues to Mrs. Wich or Ms. Lord.  Interested in competition?  There’s still time! Come see which event is right for you! The next meeting is on Wednesday, 9/16 at 2p in CS 200.

If you’re interested in helping plan the school’s trunk or treat and other school wide events, please join us for the first Wildcats for Change Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, during 3A in the auditorium.   Questions? See Mrs. King in counseling or check student square.

Are you a rock, country, indie, or pop musician looking to improve your skills and connect with other musicians? Join Rock Musicians of Oak Ridge!

Members will have the opportunity to: Learn more about their instruments, Meet like-minded musicians, Learn about producing and recording music,

And gain experience collaborating with other artists. Our first interest meeting will be held on Monday, September 14, at 3:15 p.m. in Mr. Cammack’s Room 314. For questions, email Logan Cammack.

Today is the last day to rock your Rocket for our fall 2026 launch day! Join us at Rocket Club today in Ms Fairfax’s room to complete your build before lift off next Tuesday 9/15. We’ll meet right after school until 4:00. Everyone is welcome to join us!
