Do you want to learn how to run a business, build a 150lb robot, or learn to program? Our Secret City Wildbots FIRST robotics team might be for you. We organize our team like a startup business and need a wide variety of skills; all of which you learn here. At robotics we use digital media and public relations, innovation, and really cool machinery, like a 5-axis CNC, to be the best team we can be, to win competitions, have fun, and make lifelong friends. The soft and hard skills you learn here are all real world applicable and companies in many fields are looking for these skills. We are a high-performance team that has competed at the World Championships 10 out of 11 years. If interested contact Dr. Mark Buckner at mbuckner@ortn.edu, talk to an existing member, or come see what we are all about Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-9 in the G-building. (W, Th) M. Buckner
