OR is back! Teachers will be able to begin entering your missing assignments tomorrow. As soon as an assignment is entered you will be notified by email and your parents will be notified by text message. You will be expected to be at the next available OR session for your grade. OR will meet in the Amphitheatre for the full lunch period. The first day of OR will be Monday and it will be a Junior/Senior day. Tuesday will be a Freshman/Sophomore day. The days will alternate throughout the remainder of the school year. Remember, if you complete your assignments on time this will NEVER apply to you! (Tu) – D. Kolodney
Calling all sports fans. WILDCAT PRIDE, the official unofficially best student section in Tennessee high school sports, is ready to meet and discuss plans for the upcoming fall sports season. Our first meeting will be this Friday at 7:13 am in Mr. Jarnigan’s room, LC 321. If it isn’t raining and his kids don’t melt down, he will bring donuts. All are welcome to attend. – (Tu-Th) – P. The ORHS Student Council will have an informational meeting for juniors and seniors on TODAY August 2nd during 3A lunch. If you are interested in joining a great group of motivated students promoting positive changes and student advocacy in the school, please come join us in LC311. Did you park near the BIG WildBand trailer? Students parking in the parking lot on the front side of the building need to be aware that the Band Practice Area closest to the OR Turnpike is used every afternoon. If you’ve parked in that area today, please move your vehicle during lunch hours. (Tu,Th) – M. Hughey
Masquers invites all actors, singers, musicians and dancers to attend an interested meeting TOMORROW August 3rd right after school with the Music Director of the Fall Showcase and Spring Musical “The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical”.
