Senior Information

Seniors, remember that Friday, September 4th is the deadline to turn in applications verifying your interest in joining the National Honor Society. All seniors attending school in person should turn their applications in to Ms. Milloway in the Media Center by 3:15pm this Friday. All ConnectOR seniors should complete the process via email to Mr. Senter at ksenter@ortn.edu as explained on the application form. (9/3-9/4) – K. Senter

SENIORS: Since your free ACT test was cancelled last spring due to the pandemic, you will be taking the ACT for FREE on Tuesday, September 22nd at school.

You will complete your demographics the week of September 14th-18th. If you have a guided study, guided study intervention or service learning period first semester, you will complete demographics on Monday or Tuesday September 14th or September 15th.  If you do NOT have a guided study, guided study intervention or service learning period first semester OR you are a Middle College OR a ConnectOR senior you should have received an email from Mrs. Beth Estep last week to complete the survey as to which date and time Wednesday-Friday of September 16th 18th that you would like to come complete pre-test demographics. For all pre-test demographics sessions, seniors will be socially distanced for safety. Please bring your own #2 lead pencils. YOU CANNOT take the test if you have not completed pre-test demographics first and as a reminder taking the ACT (or SAT) at least once is a requirement for graduation in Tennessee.  On test day, we have also assigned a very small number per each test room for safety measures. (9/3-9/4) – K. Rowland

There are a few senior tshirts left and you can get one for just $10.  Look for Senior Steering selling them outside the library or Ms. Sobek’s room LC217.  (9/4,9/8) – D. Sobek
