STUDENT INFO

RED RIBBON WEEK As Red Ribbon Week comes to an end today remember to say “I AM ONE” who will not use nicotine, alcohol, or other drugs.  (th – 10.31) – T. Kelly

Attn: students taking AP Exams in the Spring:  the registration window is now open and closes November 1. You can either pay a deposit of $40 per exam or pay in full. Only exams with a deposit or payment in full as of November 1st will be ordered. If students choose to pay by deposit, the balance will be due the week of April 20th. The exams cost $94/test. If you are taking more than 3 exams, the 4th and subsequent exams will cost $40/test. If you are a student on fee-waiver the exams are $15/test. Students may drop off their payment in the front lobby before school, after school, or at lunch October 28th – November 1st.

Students who plan to take an AP Exam for a course in which they are not enrolled must see Mr. Foust during the registration window.  Don’t wait until the last minute when the lines are the longest!  (10/29-11/1) – C. Harvey

NHS Tutoring—Mazzie Zawisza and Julie Ruiz (who can’t get enough of tutoring, it seems), will help any ORHS student who walks through the doors of the Counseling Center seeking academic help. Like Lucy Van Pelt, they might listen to your problems, too, for a figurative $.05 in cold, hard, cash. (10/31) – A. Etheridge
