Oak Ridge High School Daily Bulletin

STUDENT INFO

Hello everybody! It’s time to sign up for fun next summer! Come and sign up for the German exchange program! Everyone who took German, is taking German at the moment, or is a German heritage student can participate. The next and important GAPP meeting is coming up soon! It will be on November 20th at 6 pm in the Amphitheater. So don’t forget to mark it in your calendar!! You do not know what GAPP is? Let me tell you: you stay with a family in Germany; you make lifelong friends; You eat German food; visit historical places, and enjoy the summertime events in small towns and big cities.  So come to our next parent meeting on Monday, November 20th at 6pm in the Amphitheater.  (11/14—11/20) S. Now that the Fall Play is over, it is MUSICAL TIME in Oak Ridge. If you are interested in auditioning for the timeless musical, The Music Man, go to the Masquers Information Board outside Mr. Moreno’s classroom LC 215.  There you will find information for what you will need to prepare for the audition.  Feel free to talk to Mr. Moreno or Mr. Fowler if you have any questions.  (11/15, 11/17, 11/20) – V. Stop by the Counseling Office to pick up an information packet regarding the 2017-18 Xi State Essay Contest. Prizes range from $100-$300. Deadline to submit you essay is December 8th, 2017. (11/14-12/07 W,F) – A. Morris
