Technician I (three positions)

Responsible for trouble shooting and support of student laptop computers, operating systems, applications software, and associated peripherals such as printers in a Windows environment


Duties include:

  • Provide help desk support for student users
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users on hardware and software problems
  • Issuing and documentation of replacement equipment
  • Any other duties as assigned by management


Minimum of High School Diploma – Experience with repair services in an enterprise environment considered a plus – Experience working with a ticketing system and completing work according to set schedules considered a plus – Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service attitude and ability to work well with others – Valid driver’s license with good driving record – Knowledge of computer hardware, software and configurations a plus – Strong documentation and presentation skills
