Fame, glory, chocolate: these can be yours when you win the Branching Out story contest! Write a story of 1-3 pages including the words “silver,” “hurricane,” “narc,” “Toronto,” and “ice pick.” Bring your story to Ms. Sasser in CS336 by 3:10 on Thursday, September 29. Are you a Junior or Senior that is interested in a unique scholarship opportunity? The United States Senate Youth Program offers an annual Washington Week event in March, which includes a variety of events that promote a unique understanding of the structure of our national government. The Hearst Foundation also offers selected state finalists a $10,000 undergraduate scholarship.
